St. George Greek Orthodox Church welcomes you to the 3rdSilent Auction which will be held on Monday May 2, 2011 at the Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli, PA.   The Silent Auction will help to raise funds to benefit St. George Greek Orthodox church Building Fund and the St. George Scholarship Fund.  Valued supporters of St George Greek Orthodox Church have donated collectibles, products, and services to be auctioned off to he highest bidder. Supporters of the auction are local businesses and individuals who make donations as a way of expressing their support for St George Greek Orthodox Church.

Silent Auction Rules

· Your bid constitutes a contract to buy and you must be at least 18 years of age to bid.

· You must be the highest bidder to win. 

· Payment and pick up is expected immediately following the auction. Payment in full by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, or American Express is required for your items by the end of the auction.

· All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted.

· Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

· The bidder is financially responsible for the use of his or her name on all bid sheets.

· All items are sold “as is.” The item descriptions are as accurate as possible.  St George Greek Orthodox Church and Waynesborough Golf Club cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies that may occur.

· All items offered are to be used as described and within the specified dates and times.

· Take I-95 North to Route 495 North (Blue Route)

· Follow 476 North to Newtown Square Exit #4

· At light make a Left onto Route 3 West (West Chester Pike)

· Continue on Route 3 through Newtown Square

· Make a Right onto 252 North and follow for 4.5 miles

· Clubhouse entrance will be on the Left.

 

From Pennsylvania Turnpike:

· Exit #24 (Valley Forge) and proceed through toll booth

· Take 202 South towards West Chester

· Continue on 202 South to the Paoli exit, Route 252

· Follow 252 South for 3.6 miles to the Waynesborough Country Club

· Entrance will be on the right

 

From Philadelphia & New Jersey:

· Take 76 West to Valley Forge/King of Prussia

· From 76 West, take Route 202 South - (West Chester) to Paoli exit 252 South
